Teen Health at CommuniCare
As children grow into teenagers, they experience significant physical, emotional, and cognitive development. We understand that these changes bring unique health needs, so our team is here to support both teens and their parents with age-appropriate care, guidance, and treatment plans.
Our teen health services focus on both prevention and treatment, offering support for everything from wellness visits and immunizations to mental health care and sexual health education. Integrated Pediatric Primary Care — Medical & Dental in One Visit
Reduce the number of trips to the doctor's office and receive high-quality combined care from our pediatricians and dentists in a single visit! We offer the convenience of both medical and dental checkups for your child during one appointment. Please note that this service is available only for pediatric patients aged six months to three years and is limited to our clinic locations that provide both medical and dental services. Our Combination Visits Include:
- Medical - Developmental screening, nutritional screening, TB screening, physical examination, vision & hearing screening, immunizations, laboratory screening, and health education.
- Dental - Oral evaluation, dental cleaning, fluoride varnish application, and dental care education.
