The length of your appointment depends on your condition, the time of day, and the doctor you are seeing. Please expect your initial appointment to be between 1-2 hours from arrival to checking out.

Parents of children with Medicaid and CHIP will need to provide a valid picture ID and the child’s Medicaid/CHIP card. If they wish to take advantage of services not covered by their plan, they can apply for our Discount Program.

We accept the following Medicaid/CHIP Plans: Community First Health Plans, Superior Health Plan, and Medicaid Traditional.
