Integrated Pediatric Care Services
Reduce your number of trips to the doctor and receive combined, high-quality care from both our pediatricians and dentists in a single visit! For your convenience, your child can now get both medical and dental check-ups in a single visit. This combination service is offered only for children between the ages of six months to three years old. If you have any questions about this particular combination service, please email us at patientinquiry@communicaresa.org!
The visit includes the following services:
- Medical - Developmental screening, nutritional screening, TB screening, physical examination, vision & hearing screening, immunizations, laboratory screening, and health education.
- Dental - Oral evaluation, dental cleaning, fluoride varnish application, and dental care education.
