How It Works

At the Shavano Innovation Clinic, we combine in-person support with drive-through convenience and modern telehealth technology!

Step 1: Drive-Through Evaluation

At your scheduled appointment time, drive up in your vehicle, where a CommuniCare medical assistant will greet you to review your symptoms and discuss your next steps.

Step 2: Curbside Testing

For those who need it, testing will take place in our curbside area. For anyone seeking more privacy, we will direct the patient to our CarePoint Hub (what we call our exam rooms inside the Shavano Innovation Clinic).

Step 3: In-Person or Virtual Provider Visit (CarePoint Hub)

If you had testing done, a certified medical provider will review your test results and treatment plan in the CarePoint Hub, in person or virtually using TytoCare telehealth technology.
