Created in 2015, The CommuniCare Health Foundation was designed to advance healthcare access to low income families who are uninsured or inadequately insured in the Bexar, Hays, and Kendall County communities. CommuniCare, a non-profit organization, is a full-service primary healthcare system with 28 locations offering an array of services including Pediatric Care, Women’s Health, Adult Medicine, Dental Care, and Behavioral Health, to name a few.
All proceeds raised will benefit our expansion initiatives for healthcare programs offered at CommuniCare.
